Tasting Notes
옅은 호박빛이 잔 안에서 묵직하게 빛난다. 리필 셰리 버트에서 25년을 보낸 시간이 코끝에 건포도와 마른 사과, 옅은 가죽의 향을 깊게 피워 올린다. 지금은 사라진 임페리얼의 1982 빈티지답게 입안에서는 셰리의 단맛과 견과, 묵은 향신료가 부드럽게 번진다. 53.4도의 질감은 단단하면서도 둥글게 흐른다. 이 보틀링의 여운은 마른 과일과 견과의 고소함이 잔잔히 잠겨 길게 이어진다. 문 닫은 증류소가 남긴 세월의 깊이가 잔에 또렷하다.
