Tasting Notes
맑은 황금빛이 잔에 산뜻하게 어린다. 1998년 가동을 멈춘 임페리얼의 1995년 증류액은 사라진 스페이사이드 증류소의 마지막 숨결을 담고 있다. 향은 잘 익은 사과와 배, 옅은 꿀과 시리얼의 단맛으로 깨끗하게 열린다. 55.1도의 또렷한 도수 위로 입에서는 보리 엿과 시트러스, 가벼운 후추향이 균형 있게 발전한다. 폐쇄된 증류소의 17년이 남긴 깔끔하고 산뜻한 여운이 또렷이 깃들어 있으며 사라진 증류소의 정취를 전한다.

air Nose
less aromatic oak and herbs, more straight fruits, porridge and a combination of aniseed and mint. Some custard too, warm croissants… So yes, it’s rather more ‘usual’ so far. With water: becomes sootier, unlike the above sister casks. Slightly dirty (old basement)
restaurant Palate
almost the same citric explosion as in the Signatory, but this time the cask seems to be more talkative, which is a little strange given the lighter colour. You know, colours… There’s also quite some lime mixed with strong green tea and white pepper. With water: same as above. Cactus juice, vegetables, earth. Fun stuff

medium length. Rather sooty/earthy/mustardy
