Tasting Notes
문 닫은 임페리얼 증류소가 1995년 증류해 17년을 보낸 원액이 잔 안에서 따뜻한 금빛으로 비친다. 사라진 스페이사이드의 향은 잘 익은 사과와 꿀, 바닐라가 둥글게 풀려난다. 55.1도의 입맛은 졸인 과일과 캐러멜, 옅은 향신료가 부드럽게 미끄러진다. 이제는 만날 수 없는 증류소의 여운이 보리 단맛과 오크로 깊게 머문다.

air Nose
less aromatic oak and herbs, more straight fruits, porridge and a combination of aniseed and mint. Some custard too, warm croissants… So yes, it’s rather more ‘usual’ so far. With water: becomes sootier, unlike the above sister casks. Slightly dirty (old basement)
restaurant Palate
almost the same citric explosion as in the Signatory, but this time the cask seems to be more talkative, which is a little strange given the lighter colour. You know, colours… There’s also quite some lime mixed with strong green tea and white pepper. With water: same as above. Cactus juice, vegetables, earth. Fun stuff
timer Finish
medium length. Rather sooty/earthy/mustardy
