옅은 호박빛이 잔 속에서 윤기 있게 흐른다. 문 닫은 스페이사이드 임페리얼이 1995년 리필 호그스헤드에서 21년을 보내며 잘 익은 사과와 바닐라, 묵은 오크의 향이 둥글게 어우러진다. 48.9도의 입맛은 부드럽게 번지며 꿀과 보리, 가벼운 향신료가 또렷이 드러난다. 여운은 맥아의 단맛과 옅은 오크가 깔끔하게 이어지며 은은한 시트러스를 남긴다.
