사라진 임페리얼 증류소의 1995년 빈티지가 26년의 숙성에 셰리 피니시를 더해 짙은 호박빛으로 잔에 머문다. 향에는 마른 무화과와 다크 체리, 호두 껍질의 떫은 단내가 차례로 떠오르고 오래된 가죽의 깊은 기운이 그 뒤를 받친다. 입에 머금으면 흑설탕과 구운 아몬드, 47.8도의 절제된 알코올이 두꺼운 결로 흐른다. 여운에는 묵은 가죽과 오크의 향료가 길게 이어진다.
