오래전 문을 닫은 임페리얼 증류소의 1976년 빈티지가 잔 안에서 옅은 호박빛으로 빛난다. 16년의 숙성을 거친 이 스페이사이드 몰트는 잘 익은 사과와 배, 가벼운 꿀의 향을 부드럽게 피워 올린다. 43도의 절제된 도수 덕에 입안에서는 맥아의 단맛과 은은한 바닐라가 둥글게 흐른다. 오래된 보틀링다운 잔잔한 균형이 혀끝에 또렷이 깃들어 있고, 마무리는 마른 풀과 옅은 향신료를 남기며 깔끔하게 마무리된다.

air Nose
fresh and quite fragrant. Very flowery: lilac, old rose. Lots of fresh fruits like strawberries, clementines, pineapple. Hints of vanilla crème. Not too winey at all. Not a bold nose, but it’s quite elegant and nicely balanced. Pleasurable
restaurant Palate
nice attack, not as weak as the ABV would suggest. Sweet and quite rounded. Apple pie, milk caramel, vanilla. Quite honeyed. Fruitcake. Gets slightly woody and peppery after a few minutes. Nice, medium finish on milk chocolate and ripe orange. A nice, enjoyable malt, for any occasion. 82 points .
