버번 배럴에서 23년을 보낸 시간이 닫힌 임페리얼 증류소의 마지막 흔적을 빚어낸다. 1997 빈티지가 스페이사이드 특유의 가벼운 곡물 단맛 위에 미국산 오크의 바닐라와 코코넛, 옅은 시나몬을 절제된 균형으로 입힌다. 45.4도 ABV가 깊고 부드럽게 흐른다. 코에는 잘 익은 사과, 꿀, 옅은 견과가 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 입안에서는 카라멜과 따뜻한 우드, 시트러스 제스트가 차례로 발전한다. 옅은 황금빛 끝자락이 잔잔히 잠겨 있다.
