it seems there was a bit of peat in the previous cask content, but it’s discreet and delicate, a bit like HP. Besides that, green apples, citrus, green apples, citrus, green apples, citrus... We love both. A slight waxy touch that reminds us of that famous distillery from Sutherland that starts with a ‘C’. Cardhu is not in Sutherland
