평범한 배럴 한 통이 25년이라는 시간 동안 폐쇄된 임페리얼 증류소의 1994년산 스피릿을 천천히 다듬어낸 결과가 잔잔히 깃들어 있다. 들꿀과 갓 깎은 배, 옅은 바닐라가 먼저 떠오른다. 44.1도의 입은 바닐라 카스타드, 보리 사탕, 가벼운 시트러스로 부드럽게 흐른다. 짙은 황금빛이 잔에 머물고 여운은 마른 시리얼과 들꿀로 또렷이 깃들어 길게 이어진다.
