Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 잘 익은 사과와 옅은 시트러스, 마른 풀의 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 폐쇄된 임페리얼 증류소의 1990년 빈티지가 배럴에서 30년을 보내며 응축한 시간이 팰럿에서 또렷이 드러나는데 진한 꿀과 토피, 가벼운 오크 스파이스가 44.5도의 부드러운 알코올과 단단한 균형을 이루며 발전한다. 피니시에는 백후추와 옅은 견과류가 길게 이어진다. 엘릭서 디스틸러스의 절제된 마감이 사라진 임페리얼 정통성을 또렷이 드러낸다.

hints of banana peel, overripe apples, limestone, very ripe gooseberries, white peaches... It’s quite lovely, though it doesn’t quite compare to a Beethoven symphony, if you catch my drift. I suppose it’ll play out on our palate
