Tasting Notes
오크 캐스크에서 11년을 보낸 숙성이 지금은 사라진 증류소 임페리얼의 단정한 풍미를 차분하게 담아냈다. 향에서는 잘 익은 배와 바닐라, 옅은 맥아 향이 부드럽게 올라온다. 46도의 도수로 입에서는 꿀과 시트러스, 가벼운 향신료의 단맛이 매끄럽게 흐른다. 옅은 금빛을 띠며, 여운에는 깔끔한 오크와 달큰한 보리의 끝맛이 잔잔히 이어진다.

air Nose
starts un toasted bread and roasted nuts, just before it gets more floral and fruity. Apple juice, dandelions, pear juice and a little liquorice over the whole. Interesting whiffs of lavender (nothing perfumy here)
restaurant Palate
easy, sweet, a tad sugary (barley sugar, cane or maple syrup), getting then rather grassier. Fresh walnuts and apple peelings. Then more white pepper and wee bubblegummy notes
timer Finish
medium long, on peppered cane syrup and light honey, with some liquorice in the aftertaste
