Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 옥타브 캐스크의 짙은 영향이 더한 건포도와 토피가 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 17년 숙성의 1995 빈티지답게 사라진 임페리얼다운 보리 단맛과 마른 과일이 차례로 발전한다. 팰럿은 49.5도의 도수 위로 캐러멜과 구운 견과, 가벼운 향신료가 명확하게 드러나며 균형이 단단하다. 피니시는 셰리의 달콤함과 마른 오크 탄닌이 길게 이어지고, 작은 캐스크다운 농축된 구조감이 끝까지 남는다.

ha-ha! Flints, lemon and mints all over the place at first nosing, then more and more citrus fruits, lemon again but also tangerines and grapefruits. A very zesty one, ultra-clean and well balanced. After fifteen minutes, a little beeswax and vanilla come through. Hints of camphor
restaurant Palate
a blend of all citrus fruits liqueurs known to Man, with a grassy backbone as well as quite some lemon honey to kind of bind all that. The strength is perfect, no water is needed
timer Finish
long, grassier, with more lemon zest and more bitters. Campari? Or high-end gin?
