Tasting Notes
잔을 천천히 돌리면 맑은 황금빛이 유리벽을 타고 느리게 흘러내린다. 코를 가져가면 호그스헤드에서 온 잘 익은 배와 꿀, 옅은 견과 향이 산뜻하게 올라온다. 한 모금 머금으면 24년 숙성한 스트라스밀이 부드러운 과일 단맛과 보리의 곡물감으로 입안을 채운다. 1990년 빈티지를 오래 보낸 만큼 55.3도의 힘은 둥글게 가라앉는다. 두 번째 모금에서는 잘 익은 배와 꿀의 단맛이 한층 또렷하게 번진다. 삼키면 잘 익은 과일과 꿀의 단맛이 천천히 옅어지며 깔끔한 끝맛을 남긴다.
