Tasting Notes
잔을 흔들면 옅은 구릿빛이 잔벽을 타고 흐른다. 코를 가져가면 스트라스밀 위에 PX 캐스크 피니시가 더한 건포도와 대추야자, 흑설탕의 단내가 올라온다. 한 모금을 머금으면 셰리 피니시가 들인 졸인 자두와 초콜릿, 가벼운 향신료가 혀를 감싼다. 혀 가운데서는 무화과잼과 토피의 끈끈한 단맛이 번진다. 54.1도를 삼키면 13년이 다듬은 맥아의 단맛과 PX의 끈끈한 여운이 길게 이어진다.
