Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 스트라스밀 특유의 깔끔한 과실 향이 리필 버번 배럴의 옅은 바닐라와 함께 먼저 두드러진다. 2008년 증류해 15년을 보낸 스페이사이드 몰트다운 잘 익은 사과와 풀 향이 뒤를 받친다. 입에서는 56.9도의 도수가 보리의 고소함과 시트러스, 가벼운 꿀을 또렷하게 펼친다. 리필 캐스크다운 절제된 우드가 과실을 살린다. 피니시는 오크와 마른 풀, 옅은 향신료의 여운이 깔끔하게 이어지며 구조가 단정하다.

quite lovely, with fresh barley, cut hay, vanilla, orgeat syrup, rice pudding, marshmallows... It's hard to get more natural than this. With water: similar, just with a bit more of sweet citrus, orange syrup
restaurant Palate
strong, leaning towards lemony hops, rather strong beer, white pepper, a touch of wasabi, vanilla... It burns very slightly and also becomes quite bitter (Italian bitters). With water: everything falls into place, with a return of our friend limoncello, lemon balm water and sweets, well, lemon candies
timer Finish
fairly long, with a comeback of barley and some assorted fruit candies. Tea and a bit of cider in the aftertaste
