Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 1990년 빈티지 스트라스밀이 셰리 캐스크에서 21년을 보낸 향답게 건포도와 오렌지 마멀레이드, 호두가 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 긴 숙성과 셰리의 영향으로 흑설탕과 가죽, 가벼운 향신료가 발전한다. 54.4도의 팰럿은 단단하게 입을 채우며 다크 토피와 정향, 볶은 견과의 풍미가 명확하게 드러난다. 피니시는 셰리의 단맛과 떫은 오크가 길게 이어진다. 던컨 테일러 디멘션스가 골라낸 셰리 캐스크의 구조감이 또렷하다.

yeah it’s very naked, all rather on sweetened porridge, apple juice, then chalk and clay. What I’m not finding this time is the plastic that was in the one I had tried, so maybe was it cap contamination. Always be extremely careful when using any plastic caps with your samples
restaurant Palate
ah yes it’s fine, clear, fruity, melony and even a little orange-y. Very nice notes of papayas in the background, otherwise bread, brioche and, yes, panettone again
