Tasting Notes
샤토 라피트 와인 캐스크로 마무리한 20년의 시간이 스트라스밀의 가벼운 몰트를 붉게 물들였다. 와인 캐스크의 영향으로 코에는 붉은 자두와 블랙커런트, 옅은 향신료가 얽힌다. 입에서는 52.7도의 힘을 타고 베리와 다크초콜릿, 부드러운 타닌이 단단하게 맞물린다. 스페이사이드 몰트의 산뜻한 골격이 와인의 떫은맛을 받쳐주고, 붉은 기 도는 호박빛 끝에는 베리와 향신료의 여운이 길게 남는다.

urrgh. Butterscotch, raspberries, liquorice, cassis, tar, strawberries, jalapenos, capsicum… With water: once again water rather improves it, but it remained plain weird, sweet, dusty and tarry. They may have had to STRise the barrique
