Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 버번 배럴에서 26년을 보낸 스트라스밀답게 잘 익은 배와 바닐라, 들꽃 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 스페이사이드 특유의 섬세한 과일 캐릭터가 단정하게 발전한다. 팰럿은 44.7도로 부드럽게 입을 채우며, 시트러스와 꿀, 보리 단맛이 단단한 균형을 이룬다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 깔끔하며, 장기 숙성 버번 캐스크다운 정제된 오크 여운이 또렷이 깃든다.

same-ish, just even fruitier, lush, fresh… Acacia honey, various preserved fruits (certainly plums), drops of green tea, custard, coconut water, pink bananas…
restaurant Palate
well you could believe this is some Irish single malt if you’re not paying attention. Jell-O and marshmallow at first, then the same very fruity things that we had found in the lovely nose. Fruit salad, light honeys, poached peaches, wine gums, a touch of grapefruit peel that would add a pleasant wee bitterness
timer Finish
medium, very fresh and fruity, a tad more on citrus this time. Same notes of peels in the aftertaste, which works extremely well
