Tasting Notes
옅은 금빛이 잔에 맑게 비친다. 스페이사이드의 스트라스밀이 리필 캐스크에서 15년을 보내며 갓 자른 풀과 노란 사과, 바닐라의 향을 산뜻하게 피워 올린다. 매니저스 드램다운 절제되고 깨끗한 향이 코끝에 가볍게 감돈다. 53.5도의 도수가 첫 모금에서 또렷한 곡물 단맛과 시트러스의 산뜻함으로 펼쳐진다. 스트라스밀 특유의 가볍고 풀 향 어린 결이 잔 전체에 또렷이 흐른다. 혀에서는 노란 사과와 보리의 산뜻한 단맛이 풀 향과 어우러진다. 여운에는 꿀과 흰 후추, 옅은 허브의 청량함이 깔끔하게 남는다.
