잔을 가볍게 흔들면 토민토울의 맑은 황금빛 사이로 강한 알코올 기운이 먼저 코를 자극한다. 코를 가져가면 퍼스트필 버번 호그스헤드의 바닐라와 코코넛, 풋과일 향이 또렷하다. 한 모금 머금으면 64도의 강렬한 기운이 혀를 날카롭게 깨우고 크림과 시트러스의 단맛이 팽팽하게 번진다. 삼키면 어린 술답지 않은 매끄러운 바닐라 단맛이 길게 이어진다.
