잔을 흔들면 짙은 호박빛이 잔 벽을 타고 진하게 흐른다. 코끝에 가져가면 스페이사이드 토민툴이 올로로소 셰리 마무리에서 끌어낸 건포도와 마른 자두, 호두 향이 깊게 올라온다. 1995년 증류된 20년 숙성을 한 모금 머금으면 진한 셰리 단맛과 잘 익은 사과, 가벼운 정향이 혀를 감싼다. 53.4도를 삼키고 나면 말린 과일과 견과의 끝맛이 입안에 오래 남는다.
