세월이 짙게 밴 깊은 황금빛이 잔 안에 그윽하게 어린다. 1971년 증류된 스페이사이드 몰트 토민타울은 코끝에 말린 과일과 꿀, 오래된 나무의 향을 천천히 풀어놓는다. 40도의 낮은 도수에도 한 모금은 매끄럽고 우아하며 잘 익은 과일과 바닐라, 옅은 향신료가 오랜 시간의 부드러움으로 흐른다. 단정한 여운에는 마른 꽃과 은은한 오크 향이 길게 머문다.
