노즈는 토민토울 21년답게 아메리칸 오크 버번 배럴의 꿀과 잘 익은 배, 바닐라 향이 먼저 두드러진다. 젠틀 드램이라는 이름답게 부드럽고 섬세한 과수원 과일 향이 뒤따라 발전한다. 팰럿은 40도의 도수에서 꿀과 시트러스, 옅은 오크 향신료가 명확하게 드러난다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 깨끗한 과일과 부드러운 오크가 균형을 이루는 우아한 구조다.

very aromatic indeed, on banana and pear, and even pineapple. Has some well-meaning soul slipped in a drop of amyl acetate? And a spoonful of white chocolate cream while they were at it… Yet here again, it is rather good. Orange wafers

I prefer this baby to its red companion, it feels closer on the palate to a light but ‘proper’ malt, with the wafers returning alongside fruit skins, especially peach. A faint touch of Fanta Lemon
