사라진 로우랜드 명문 로즈뱅크의 1991년 빈티지가 16년의 배럴 숙성을 거쳐 옅은 밀짚빛으로 잔에 머문다. 삼중 증류의 깨끗한 결이 향에서 먼저 드러나며 흰 꽃과 시트러스, 갓 자른 풀의 산뜻한 기운이 한 겹씩 피어오른다. 입에 머금으면 청사과와 배, 53.9도의 또렷한 알코올이 가벼운 결로 흐른다. 여운에는 마른 풀과 옅은 오크의 떫음이 길게 이어진다.
