Tasting Notes
잔을 천천히 돌리면 지금은 전설이 된 로즈뱅크가 옅은 황금빛을 잔 안에서 흔든다. 코끝으로 가져가면 셰리 캐스크가 더한 잘 익은 과일과 풀잎, 장미 같은 꽃 향이 로우랜드답게 섬세하게 올라온다. 한 모금을 머금으면 43도의 부드러운 술이 꿀과 시트러스, 옅은 견과로 천천히 퍼진다. 잔을 비운 뒤에도 빈 잔에서 꽃과 잘 익은 과일의 향이 은은하게 남아 맴돈다. 가만히 삼키면 삼중 증류가 빚은 가벼운 우아함과 마른 과일이 어우러진 여운이 잔잔히 잠겨 있다.

nice nose, starting on a combination of lemon with mashy and porridgy notes as well as just a little vanilla. Icing sugar, lemon drops. Doesn’t develop much, though, but the general profile is pleasant in it’s big simplicity. Actually, this one is rather less lemony than other versions of Rosebank
restaurant Palate
fresh, easy, lemony and mildly peppery. Limoncello, lemon drops. Good mouth feel

medium long, a tad grassier now
