Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 부시밀스가 빚은 아이리시 싱글 몰트 나포그 캐슬 특유의 부드러운 과실 향이 버번과 올로로소 셰리 캐스크에서 온 건포도와 함께 먼저 두드러진다. 1995년 증류해 16년을 보낸 아이리시 몰트다운 삼중 증류의 매끄러움이 뒤를 받친다. 입에서는 40도의 도수가 꿀과 잘 익은 사과, 가벼운 견과를 부드럽게 펼친다. 피니시는 마른 과일과 오크, 옅은 향신료의 여운이 깔끔하게 이어지며 구조가 단정하다.

Bushmills malt + Port works on the nose, we've seen that before. Some rosehip tea, peonies, morello cherries, jasmine, wisteria (big time), old copper, prickly pears… Now let's get ready and put on our parachute correctly…
restaurant Palate
a rather superb attack, round but also all on flowers and red jams, which is cool, zwetschke tarte, fig jam (I'd kill for fig jam)… Even the middle is pretty okay, jammy, with some cherry jam… And then woosh, it goes into a spin, thank God we were having our parachute on. What a pity, there was a little menthol in the background
