Tasting Notes
버번에서 6년, 테킬라 캐스크에서 다시 6년을 보낸 독특한 이력이 이 부시밀스의 성격을 결정한다. 북아일랜드 부시밀스다운 매끄러운 트리플 증류 위로 테킬라 캐스크가 풋풋한 허브와 라임, 옅은 소금기를 더한다. 코에는 바닐라와 꿀, 구운 보리가 인다. 46도의 도수에서 입에는 배와 시트러스, 가벼운 향신료가 산뜻하게 흐르고, 옅은 금빛 아래 여운에는 풀내음과 흰 후추가 깔끔하게 이어진다.

indeed, both are hard to compare because this one’s rather got the profile of a blend indeed, but there are obvious similarities, with these notes of mangos again, banana, then we have rather more fresh walnuts and almonds, some green tea and something slightly metallic
restaurant Palate
creamy and sweet, with apricots and peach syrup, then rather tangerines and more green tea. Vanilla, cranberries, honeydew and something slightly metallic that I often find in these expressions. Very good body
timer Finish
quite long, still a bit syrupy. Tinned peaches, agave syrup, green bananas
