Tasting Notes
맑은 황금빛이 잔 속에서 산뜻하게 빛난다. 북아일랜드를 대표하는 부시밀스를 버번과 데킬라 캐스크에서 각각 길러 10년 숙성한 이 보틀링은 흔치 않은 조합의 향을 지닌다. 향에는 꿀과 시트러스 뒤로 데킬라가 남긴 풀내음과 후추의 기운이 비치고, 54.8도의 한 모금은 보리의 단맛과 가벼운 허브, 백후추로 입안을 채운다. 아이리시 특유의 매끄러운 결 위에 이국적인 풍미가 얹혀, 여운에는 단맛과 식물성 향이 깔끔하게 이어진다.

custard, corn syrup, coconut cream and biscuits all over the place. Straight, simple, elementary. With water: lovely, but really very simple. Banana cake, croissants, sponge cake…
restaurant Palate
very sweet, a little bourbony. I'm not too sure these high strengths (and heavy wood treatments) go well with Bushmills, but let's dig deeper into these issues… With water: certainly more Bushmillness this time, that is to say more oranges and mangos. Having said that ,the background remains a tad syrupy and heavyish for me, even at +/-45% vol
