Tasting Notes
잔을 가볍게 흔들면 부시밀스의 짙은 살구빛이 잔 벽을 따라 부드럽게 흘러내린다. 잔을 코끝에 가져가면 도우루 와인 캐스크 피니시의 붉은 자두, 잘 익은 체리, 시나몬 향이 가장 먼저 인사한다. 46도의 한 모금을 머금으면 북아일랜드 12년의 매끄러운 텍스처가 다크 초콜릿, 옅은 향신료, 마른 무화과를 입안에 풀어놓는다. 삼킨 뒤에는 와인 캐스크의 떫은 여운이 길게 따라간다.

indeed, both are hard to compare because this one’s rather got the profile of a blend indeed, but there are obvious similarities, with these notes of mangos again, banana, then we have rather more fresh walnuts and almonds, some green tea and something slightly metallic
restaurant Palate
creamy and sweet, with apricots and peach syrup, then rather tangerines and more green tea. Vanilla, cranberries, honeydew and something slightly metallic that I often find in these expressions. Very good body
timer Finish
quite long, still a bit syrupy. Tinned peaches, agave syrup, green bananas
