Tasting Notes
맑은 화이트 와인빛이 잔 안에 옅게 감돈다. 1988년 증류된 이 카올 일라는 잔에 코를 대면 버터와 켈프, 물레고둥과 갓 깐 아몬드의 향이 산뜻하게 피어오른다. 한 모금 머금으면 58.5도의 힘 속에서 짭조름한 해산물과 옅은 쌉쌀한 허브가 차례로 번진다. 물을 더하면 쓴 아몬드의 결이 또렷해진다. 아일라 특유의 해양성 개성이 중심을 잡고, 여운은 그을린 톤과 산뜻한 산미로 길게 이어진다.
