향을 맡으면 잘 익은 과일과 꿀, 옅은 견과 향이 앞서 다가오는 아일랜드 위스키다. 세 번 증류로 알려진 부시밀스 12년으로, 올로로소 셰리와 버번, 마르살라 와인 캐스크를 함께 쓴 향이 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 무르익은 과일과 토피, 옅은 향신료가 부드럽게 발전하며 40도다운 둥글고 매끄러운 질감이 입을 감싼다. 세 가지 캐스크가 겹친 복합적인 단맛과 삼중 증류의 섬세한 결이 분명하고 단맛과 산미의 균형이 단단하다. 여운에서는 잘 익은 과일과 견과의 단맛이 길게 머문다.
