잔을 천천히 돌리면 아일랜드 부시밀스의 위스키가 깊은 황금빛으로 흔들린다. 코끝으로 가져가면 퍼스트필 버번 위로 PX 셰리가 남긴 건포도와 꿀, 잘 익은 과일이 겹쳐 올라온다. 한 모금 머금으면 46도가 둥글게 퍼지며 바닐라와 말린 과일, 부드러운 향신료가 번진다. 버번과 PX 셰리를 두루 거친 12년산답게 아이리시 특유의 매끈한 질감이 또렷하다. 천천히 삼키면 꿀과 건과일의 단맛이 길게 이어진다.
