잔에 맑은 금빛이 환하게 어린다. 아일랜드 부시밀스 10년은 버번과 셰리 캐스크에서 익은 잘 익은 사과와 꿀, 부드러운 바닐라의 향을 산뜻하게 풀어낸다. 40도의 부드러운 도수가 입에서는 배와 크림, 옅은 향신료의 결로 매끄럽게 흐른다. 세 번 증류하는 아이리시 위스키 특유의 가볍고 깨끗한 질감이 한 잔을 편안하게 감싼다. 여운에는 꿀과 마른 오크의 단맛이 깔끔하고 부드럽게 이어진다.
