typically bourbon wood, with quite some vanilla and marzipan at first sniffs, then even more vanilla, and then tons of vanilla. A few marshmallows as well, touches of cinnamon, nutmeg, custard…

restaurant Palate

thick and sweet, oaky… Marzipan, sweet ginger, a little coconut (really not much), corn syrup, vanilla… You can really taste all this sweet oak. Becomes a tad drying after a while, a little too gingery and simply tannic

timer Finish

long, a little tea-ish. A part of the sweetness is gone
