Tasting Notes
셰리 버트에서 19년을 머문 세월이 아일라 피트와 만나 독특한 균형을 만들어낸다. 가까이 코를 대면 바닷가 모닥불 연기와 말린 무화과, 옅은 요오드 향이 차례로 드러난다. 55.7도의 도수는 훈제 베이컨과 다크체리의 풍미를 진하게 밀어 올리며 입천장을 감싼다. 카올 일라 특유의 미네랄과 짭짤한 기운이 셰리 단맛과 팽팽히 맞선다. 짙은 호박빛 아래로 그을린 흙과 잔잔한 바다 소금이 길게 이어진다.

Other than that, some hay and leather as well as notes of truffles and gas, all that isn’t quite great. Let’s try water. With water: becomes very metallic. Nails and silverware, never great news. Always quite some struck matches
