북브리티시 그레인 1990년 빈티지가 21년의 리필 호그스헤드 숙성을 거쳐 옅은 황금빛으로 잔에 잠긴다. 그레인 위스키 특유의 부드러운 결이 향에서 먼저 드러나며 바닐라 크림과 코코넛, 잘 익은 배의 부드러운 단내가 한 겹씩 피어오른다. 입에 머금으면 흑설탕과 시트러스, 62.8도의 매우 강한 알코올이 두꺼운 결로 흐르며 시간이 다듬어준 부드러움이 풍미의 중심을 잡는다. 여운에는 토피와 옅은 오크의 떫음이 길게 이어진다.
