잔을 천천히 돌리면 짙은 호박빛이 잔벽에 둥근 무늬를 그리며 흘러내린다. 코끝에 가져가면 올로로소 셰리 캐스크가 남긴 호두와 건포도 향이 명확히 올라온다. 한 모금을 머금으면 26년 그레인 위스키 특유의 부드러운 바닐라가 56.5도의 도수와 함께 입천장을 천천히 덮는다. 천천히 삼키면 노스 브리티시 특유의 곡물 단맛과 셰리의 견과 잔향이 길게 어우러져 남는다.
