Tasting Notes
깊은 금빛이 잔 안에서 매끄럽게 빛난다. 1978년 증류해 던컨 테일러가 담아낸 이 노스 브리티시는 30년 숙성된 그레인 위스키다운 둥근 결을 향에서부터 드러낸다. 코코넛과 바닐라, 버터스카치와 옅은 옥수수 향이 부드럽게 피어오른다. 입에서는 토피와 메이플 시럽, 잘 익은 바나나의 단맛이 매끄럽게 흐르고, 55.4도의 도수가 그 부드러움에 또렷한 힘을 더한다. 끝에는 바닐라와 오크의 달콤한 여운이 오래 이어진다.
