Tasting Notes
깊은 황금빛이 잔 안에 진하게 고인다. 코를 가까이 하면 오래 묵은 그레인다운 코코넛과 바닐라의 향이 먼저 번지고 토피 같은 단 기운이 받친다. 입에 머금으면 서른 해가 쌓아 올린 매끄러운 캐러멜과 버터스카치가 혀를 둥글게 채우고 54.7도의 힘이 따뜻한 오크 향신료를 밀어 올린다. 던컨 테일러가 거둔 이 1978년 노스 브리티시는 오래된 그레인만이 지닌 깊은 단맛을 드러낸다. 여운은 바닐라와 구운 오크로 길게 이어진다.

rather spirity and more floral than the others, with some oranges and pineapples. A little harshness, notes of hay, cow stable. Moderate vanilla/coconut. Quite some coffee as well. With water: big sweetness, bubblegum, also mint, even a little camphor. More complex than the usual grain whisky in my opinion
restaurant Palate
punchy, spirity, starting on a lot of coffee-schnapps. Kirsch, then more dates and figs and a little honey. Rather rich for a grain whisky. With water: excellent creaminess, with a very nice development on various fruit pies as well as a little icing sugar. Kiwis
