Tasting Notes
로우랜드 에든버러의 곡물 증류 전통이 노스 브리티시 특유의 부드럽고 달큰한 결을 빚는다. 1991년 증류해 30년을 버번 호그스헤드에서 보낸 이 그레인 위스키는 옅은 금빛을 띠며, 코에는 바닐라와 코코넛, 캐러멜 팝콘 향이 달콤하게 피어난다. 44.5도의 입안에는 크림 캐러멜과 바닐라, 가벼운 오크가 매끄럽게 번지며 오랜 숙성의 부드러움이 또렷하다. 여운은 달큰한 토피와 옅은 향신료가 길고 매끈하게 이어진다.

some malt whisky, it seems, perhaps even a little smoke. This one's much more vegetal and waxy than all the other today, but indeed, sweetened herbals teas and coffees will bring a little thickness. Not too sure, this one's not easy to pin down, not easy at all…

a curious mixture, with some smoke, some straight sugars, some office coffee, praline… It's very sweet, almost molassy, and yet a nice herbal structure keeps it straight
