리필 아메리칸 오크 배럴에서 28년을 보낸 긴 숙성이 카올 일라 1990의 피트를 한결 부드럽게 다듬었다. 아일라 북부의 원액답게 향에서는 옅은 훈연과 바닷내, 레몬의 산뜻함이 맑게 겹쳐 든다. 입에서는 55.3도의 도수가 보리 단맛과 짭조름한 재, 올리브 오일 같은 기름짐을 또렷하게 밀어 올린다. 옅은 황금빛 너머로 깔끔하고 매캐한 여운이 길게 이어진다.
