잔을 가볍게 흔들면 옅은 금빛이 가볍게 일렁인다. 코끝에 가져가면 매녹모어다운 재스민 같은 흰 꽃과 라임, 바닐라의 산뜻한 향이 먼저 올라온다. 잔을 더 흔들면 풋사과와 꿀이 뒤따라 피어오른다. 한 모금을 머금으면 퍼스트필 버번 배럴이 들인 꿀과 시트러스, 보리 단맛이 가볍게 혀를 미끄러진다. 58.6도를 삼키면 10년 숙성다운 상큼한 라임과 꽃향이 깔끔하게 따라온다.
