옅은 황금빛이 잔 안쪽에 가벼이 어린다. 23년의 리필 버번 배럴 숙성을 거친 만녹모어답게 잘 익은 사과, 흰 꽃, 가벼운 시리얼의 향이 코끝에 또렷이 풀린다. 입에서는 56.1도의 도수가 깔끔한 단맛으로 입천장을 덮으며 꿀, 바닐라, 옅은 시트러스가 발전한다. 스페이사이드의 청량한 가벼움이 잔향까지 또렷이 이어진다. 잔의 마지막 한 방울까지 무게감을 잃지 않는다.
