잔을 가까이 하면 팔로 코르타도 셰리에서 마무리한 흔적이 호두와 마른 견과, 옅은 짠맛으로 명확하게 드러난다. 매녹모어 특유의 깔끔한 과실 향이 그 아래를 받친다. 입에서는 56.1도의 도수가 흑설탕과 말린 자두, 호두의 고소함을 또렷하게 펼친다. 팔로 코르타도 특유의 견과와 산미가 단맛과 균형을 이룬다. 피니시는 마른 견과와 오크, 옅은 소금기의 여운이 길게 이어지며 개성이 또렷하다.
