잔을 흔들어 향을 피우면 옅은 금빛이 잔 벽을 따라 미끄러진다. 코를 가까이 하면 리필 호그스헤드에서 온 잘 익은 사과와 배, 마노크모어다운 맑은 보리 향이 산뜻하게 풍긴다. 55.5도를 한 모금 머금어 굴리면 가벼운 몰트 위로 과수원 과일과 꿀, 흰 후추가 번진다. 리필 캐스크가 스피릿의 결을 또렷이 드러내고, 삼키면 산뜻한 과일 여운이 서서히 물러난다.
