Tasting Notes
잔을 천천히 돌리면 1차 충전 올로로소 피니시가 입힌 짙은 호박빛이 잔 안에서 움직인다. 코를 가져가면 마녹모어에 더해진 건포도와 호두, 오렌지필의 향이 따스하게 밀려온다. 53.6도를 한 모금 머금으면 말린 자두와 흑설탕, 다크초콜릿이 혀를 감싸며 굴러간다. 셰리 피니시가 더한 단맛과 견과의 깊이를 삼킨 뒤에는 정향과 가죽의 잔향이 끝에서 길게 이어진다.

very rich, thick, a tad spicy and bitter right from the start (green walnut liqueur, nocino), but this thick coating made out of raisins and coffee liqueur keeps it smooooth. With water: sweeter, with a little chocolate and more raisins. Definitely ‘Italian’, with notes of sweet Marsala. Perhaps
