잔을 흔들면 옅은 황금빛이 잔벽을 따라 미끄러진다. 코를 가져가면 마녹모어 2006이 16년간 호그스헤드에서 가꿔온 사과, 바닐라, 옅은 시트러스 향이 먼저 올라온다. 한 모금을 머금으면 54.5도의 알코올이 또렷이 입을 가르고 꿀, 구운 곡물, 가벼운 견과가 따라온다. 엘릭서 디스틸러스답게 스페이사이드의 단정한 결이 입천장에 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 삼킨 뒤 청량한 과일과 오크 잔향이 호흡 끝까지 이어진다.
