Tasting Notes
옅은 볏짚빛이 잔 벽을 타고 맑게 빛나는 카올 일라 12년이다. 아일라 북동쪽 해안에서 건너온 부드러운 토탄 연기가 먼저 코를 스치고, 갓 짠 레몬과 바다 소금의 청량함이 그 위에 얹힌다. 40도의 낮은 도수가 만든 가벼운 입안에서는 올리브 오일 같은 매끈함과 은은한 훈연이 균형을 이루며 흐른다. 1980년대에 병입된 옛 스타일답게 자극은 거의 없고 잔잔하다. 마른 풀과 옅은 재의 기운이 깔끔하게 사라지며 여운을 맺는다.
