it seems that indeed, the distillate was a tad lighter here and that consequently, it's rather the wood that's running the show, with some ginger, juniper, cinnamon and even turmeric. Some pleasant bready touches in the back, but indeed, this seems to be a lighter Benromach. The An Oa of Benromach?
