Tasting Notes
잔을 가볍게 흔들면 1965년 증류된 오래된 벤로막이 깊은 황금빛을 잔 벽에 남긴다. 코끝에 가져가면 옛 스페이사이드다운 잘 익은 사과와 꿀, 마른 허브의 향이 은은하게 올라온다. 45.7도를 한 모금 머금으면 보리 단맛과 캐러멜, 약한 흙내음이 혀를 부드럽게 감싼다. 반세기 전 증류의 고풍스러운 성격을 삼킨 뒤에는 꿀과 오크의 잔향이 끝에서 잔잔히 이어진다.

it seems that indeed, the distillate was a tad lighter here and that consequently, it's rather the wood that's running the show, with some ginger, juniper, cinnamon and even turmeric. Some pleasant bready touches in the back, but indeed, this seems to be a lighter Benromach. The An Oa of Benromach?
