Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 스프링뱅크 특유의 기름진 질감과 짭조름한 바다 내음, 잘 익은 과일이 먼저 두드러진다. 1972 빈티지답게 팰럿은 묵직한 몰트 단맛과 말린 과일, 옅은 피트가 층을 이루며 46도의 절제된 도수가 부드러운 균형을 잡는다. 캠벨타운 스프링뱅크의 보기 드문 올드 빈티지다운 복합적인 깊이와 기름진 캐릭터가 단단하고, 윌슨 앤 모건 보틀링의 피니시는 견과류와 소금기, 마른 과일이 길게 이어진다.

different, earthier, waxier, and less on honeys and ripe fruits. So a little more austere, and probably closer to the distillery's contemporary offerings. Old cellar, mushrooms, moss, more mushrooms... It's also a little more coastal (seaweed, driftwood on a beach after high tide...)
restaurant Palate
ha! Clearly sharper, bigger, wilder, more lemony, more, ach, 'Clynelish', more mineral... If the other one was for the lounge, this one's for your hipflask! And it's right up my alley, I utterly adore this sharper and slightly smokier style
timer Finish
long, zesty, citrusy, mineral. In short, Rieslingy (ja ja)
